Modern and completely reformed house for 4 people with a private pool in Benissa, on the Costa Blanca. This vacation home is located in a pleasant and very quiet residential area close to the coast and the beach. The bay of Cala Advocat is a 20-minute walk away and the beaches of Calpe and Moraira are 8 minutes away by car. The ideal accommodation location makes it easy to discover the beautiful coastline of the Costa Blanca.
 
The house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs (main appartment) and 1 bathroom downstairs (separate entrance)
as well as a large dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with beautiful views of the pool terrace and the surrounding area. The private plot of 700 m² includes a garden, a wonderful pool with a terrace and a beautiful view of the valley. The pool terrace also offers a comfortable seating area, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
 
Various shopping facilities as well as the town centres of Calpe and Moraira, which offer the perfect beach vacation during the day and lively nightlife in the evening, are very easily accessible (Calpe 8 minutes away by car; Moraira 9 minutes away). The proximity to the beach and the surrounding towns as well as the many different sports activities in the immediate vicinity make the house an ideal place to spend a peaceful and diversified vacation with family and friends.
